To duly ordain and establish our right to Clean Water. As individuals, as a community of families, farmers, businesses and services and on behalf of an entire eco system dependent upon clean water as necessary for good health, well being and ability to thrive and with the powers vested in us by the Declaration of Independence, United States and California Constitutions, we the undersigned do hereby set forth the

Right to Clean Water ordinance.

So that’s it folks. That is what we are all about. Everybody does something so nobody has to do everything. No effort too small. Everything counts.
